Round table “Building, Architecture, Real Estate: problems and prospects” held in the frames of international expoforum Building, Architecture, Real Estate

On October, 6 in conference hall 3 of hall 1 of the KyivExpoPlaza exhibition center the round table “Building, Architecture, Real Estate: problems and prospects” was held. Among its participants, this important event promising for the industry welcomed representatives of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Communal Living of Ukraine, Construction Chamber of Ukraine and National Architects Union of Ukraine.

During the speeches, moderators touched upon important issues of the industry and ways of solving them. Viacheslav A. Nehoda, First Vice Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Communal Living of Ukraine considered an important topic of decentralization in Ukraine and aired certain examples of the results Ukrainian law showed in terms of this.

Petro S. Shyliuk, President of Construction Chamber of Ukraine, Hero of Ukraine, paid special attention to the growth of construction industry in 2016 in general and the prospects of further way from the crisis. In addition to this, he mentioned important topics of building social housing, reconstruction of houses and industrial construction.

Also, during the round table, Volodymyr M. Husakov, President of the National Architects Union of Ukraine, underlined the matter of importance of qualified architects.

The round table became an effective communication platform for the industry representatives and gave each participant a chance to bring attention to the matters important for the construction industry, ways of solving them and discuss ways of further development.
